Start a new Otto Junker induction furnace plant with a production capacity of 7 ton hours.

The new furnace plant consist of two 6 ton furnaces with one common IGBT converter with a power of 4,0000 kw. The furnaces plant is controlled by Otto Junker interface M2F of the latest generation This plant facility allows us to have a lot of flexibility on the production quantity and quality.

New installation system of molding sand and resin with IMF fast loop system. Isle of vibration forms. Paint system of forms and drying in the oven with mechanized movements.

This system, in addition to increasing the degree of efficiency and response, considerably increases the aesthetic quality of our products.
